The main purpose of the SMT splicing tape is to use the tape to reduce the waste of components, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs. It is mainly used in SMT patch processing in electronic manufacturing industry.

SMT cover tape extender consists of PET film and adhesive tape.
PET is divided into two kinds of materials, one is anti-static (ESD) and the other is ordinary material. The material is transparent, tough and has strong tensile strength.
Adhesive tape are available in yellow, blue, green, black, silver (aluminum foil), etc.
Customers can choose according to the needs. Factories with high production process requirements can choose anti-static splicing tapes.
The standard of anti-static tapes produced by our company is electrostatic surface impedance value: 10 +6 ~ 10 +9 ohm, peel off The voltage can reach below 100V.

The currently commonly used specifications of the splicing leader are 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 44, 56MM, etc. It can be customized according to the needs of customers.
Two lengths as option: 396mm&508mm.
For example: 8mm(W)*396(L) or 8mm(W)*508(L)
